arranged in your name. You therefore need not accept this VPP. If however it has

5. I've paid twice for renewal of my subscription - by VPP as well as by cheque.
Would like a) my subscription extended. b) Refund of one payment.
6. I am receiving two copies of the Reader’s Digest under two different subscription numbers
A. You probably ordered for an additional subscription despite being a subscriber already and our system couldn’t weed out the duplicate subscription perhaps due a slight variance in your name and address.
8. I have mailed you a cheque last week, please let me know if you've received it?
A. Please note, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks for payments to get processed and the
subscriptions to get regularized. Thus, please contact us after 6 weeks from the
date of mailing your cheque to us, in case you do not get a communication from
us until then.

A. The last 4 digit appearing alongside of your 9-Digit subscription number
denotes the expiry. However if it’s unclear to you, you may phone, mail or write to us.
